Ingredients

2 ounces: High-Rye Bourbon (Four Roses, Bulleit or Old Grand-Dad)

⅓ ounces: smoked coffee syrup *

3 dashes: Bittered Sling Chocolate bitters

1 dash: Bittered Sling Kensington bitters

Mist with orange oil and garnish with twist

Smoke with apple wood chips 

Prep: Combine bourbon, syrup and bitters in a mixing glass over ice. Stir well to chill and dilute. Strain over large cube in an old fashioned glass. Cut orange twist with a peeler, trim, mist oils over cocktail and place twist decoratively.

1.5 Parts Blue Raspberry Svedka

0.5 Part Mezcal

0.5 Part Blue Caraçao

0.75 Part Lime Juice

0.25 Part Simple Syrup

Smoke with ANY wood chips 

Prep: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange curl.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Mezcal Campante

3/4 oz pink grapefruit juice

1/2 oz peppercorn simple syrup

pinch of salt

Top with 1 – 2 oz champagne/sparkling wine

Garnish with a twist of grapefruit and a touch of freshly ground pepper.

Smoke with OAK wood chips 

Prep: For the Peppercorn Simple Syrup, add 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water to a pan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is just starting to boil. Turn off the heat and add 1 tablespoon of black peppercorns and stir in. Cover and let steep for 2 hours. Strain out peppercorns and refrigerate syrup in a sealed jar for up to a week. For the cocktail, add Mezcal Campante, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, and a pinch of salt to a shaking tin. Add ice and shake medium, about 10 seconds. Double strain into a champagne flute and top with champagne. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit and a bit of finely ground pepper. Beautiful with oysters on the half-shell!

Ingredients

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • 1 oz mezcal

  • 1 oz silver rum

  • 3 oz orange juice, freshly squeezed

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • 3/4 oz spiced honey syrup

  • 2 dashes of ground cinnamon

  • 1 dash each of ground ginger and nutmeg

    Salted Cinnamon Sugar

  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt

  • 1 tsp granulated sugar

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Smoke with ANY wood chips 

Light the end of a cinnamon stick and place it on a ceramic plate, stone, or wood surface that you don’t care about damaging. Immediately place the cocktail glass over the stick to trap in the smoke. Let it sit while we make the cocktail.

  • To an ice-filled shaker, add the remaining ingredients and give it a good shake.

  • Release the cocktail glass from the cinnamon stick and fill with ice.

  • Pour your cocktail and garnish with the cinnamon stick, orange peel, and salted cinnamon sugar. Enjoy!
